    Start a Food Log that will guide and teach you throughout this weight-loss process.

    Keep a record of Day, Date, time, what eaten, and any other events; such as: tiredness, weakness, intestinal gas, headache, pimple eruptions and any other skin events-foul sweat odor, ...

    These are cleansing reactions and are signs that the body is eliminating toxins.  Read, and thoroughly understand about cleansing reactions, I am the only one I know if that teaches the dynamics detox.
